Seaweed and Coal

by Lachie Strummer - 10:29 on 02 November 2009

Seaweed

Took this autumn’s first load of seaweed off the shore at the weekend.

There’s no shortage after the recent storms we’ve had.

Aye, it’s just the job when it comes to rejuvenating and reinvigorating the soil.

The way I feel on a Monday morning maybe I should be taking some myself.

Bunker Mentality

Built a new coal bunker recently with some recycled concrete blocks.

The coal man filled it this week with 6 bags of Poland’s finest.

He wasn’t overly impressed, though, with my building skills – ‘That could collapse at any moment!’ he exclaimed.

Honestly, some people worry too much.
