I’m just not sure about this ‘vegetarian’ lark.  I’m very much a carnivore with 2 or 3 potatoes  thrown in. ‘Herself’-she’s much the same.

If any of our veggie chums  come round for dinner we obviously respect their views and cater for them by serving the food of their choice – something based around lentils, chick peas, tofu etc. (wasn’t Tofu a Brazilian footballer?)

The funny thing is though – and here comes the rub - if we go over to theirs to be fed and watered what do you think we get?   Finest sirloin steak,  roast chicken, local pork chops?

We get lentils, chick peas and something you’d normally feed to your budgie!
