Painting
Aye, aye. The days are getting longer. We all know what that means.
It's that time when a young man's thoughts turn to getting his boat painted. There I was this afternoon in the shed, a tin of light blue marine gloss in one hand, paint brush in the other, and Ishbel MacAskill singing on the radio ; it just doesn't get much better than that .
Croft
Sometime, in the (hopefully) not too distant future, the croft will start to dry out.
If it would just stay dry for a week or two we could maybe get it back to quagmire level. That would be a start.
