Camuscross is one of three villages from the highlands and islands to have reached the final of the Calor Village of the Year competition in Scotland. There were 45 entries nationally and 3 from each of 4 areas have been chosen as finalists.
A team of Neil MacGillivray, Iain MacKinnon and Susan Walker are working on preparing a 20 minute presentation to explain to the judges why we think that Camuscross is a great small village and a brilliant place to live.
We will travel to Stirling on Wednesday 20th August to give our presentation - just in the week when we are all madly preparing for our Crofting Olympics. But we'll give it our best shot.
